Project Overview

Flavor EXP, a boutique agency offering digital solutions, needed a refreshed online presence that matched their polished but approachable brand. I led the UI/UX design from initial sitemap and wireframes through final handoff.

The goal was clarity and scalability: simplify navigation, define services clearly, and spotlight client success. I worked closely with the PM to align the site structure with business goals, then delivered a motion prototype to guide the homepage animations.

The final outcome is a clean, modern interface designed for scalability and ease of use—for both end users and the internal team.
